3. Bank Transfer (EFT – Electronic Funds Transfer)
- Customers can make payments directly from their bank account to our business account.
- Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once funds have cleared.
- Please allow 1–3 business days for EFT payments to reflect in our account.
- Always use your Order Number as the payment reference.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required to confirm all orders.
- Orders will be processed and shipped only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
- For EFT payments, shipping will begin once funds are cleared in our account.
Security & Privacy
- All card payments are processed securely using trusted, encrypted payment gateways.
- DC Kitchen Store does not store sensitive card information on our servers.
- EFT account details are for payment purposes only; please verify the information before initiating a transfer.
Failed or Delayed Payments
- If a card payment fails, you will be notified immediately and can retry or choose an alternative payment method.
- If an EFT payment is delayed or cannot be verified, your order will remain on hold until payment is confirmed.
- Orders not paid within 7 days may be automatically cancelled.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refunds for all payment methods are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
- EFT refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for payment and may take 3–7 business days.
