3. Bank Transfer (EFT – Electronic Funds Transfer)

• Customers can make payments directly from their bank account to our business account.
• Orders paid via EFT will only be processed once funds have cleared.
• Please allow 1–3 business days for EFT payments to reflect in our account.
• Always use your Order Number as the payment reference.

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm all orders.
• Orders will be processed and shipped only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
• For EFT payments, shipping will begin once funds are cleared in our account.

Security & Privacy

• All card payments are processed securely using trusted, encrypted payment gateways.
• DC Kitchen Store does not store sensitive card information on our servers.
• EFT account details are for payment purposes only; please verify the information before initiating a transfer.

Failed or Delayed Payments

• If a card payment fails, you will be notified immediately and can retry or choose an alternative payment method.
• If an EFT payment is delayed or cannot be verified, your order will remain on hold until payment is confirmed.
• Orders not paid within 7 days may be automatically cancelled.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds for all payment methods are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
• Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
• EFT refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for payment and may take 3–7 business days.
