DC Kitchen Store currently delivers nationwide within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

At present, we do not offer express, overnight, or same-day delivery services unless explicitly stated on a specific product or promotion.
Order Processing
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (SAST) will be processed on the following business day.

Once your order has been dispatched:
- A tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update within the courier system.

Orders already handed over to the courier may not be eligible for rerouting.
